Too Good to Wait Quiche!

(please excuse our crumbs)
I was hoping my husband would wait and take a picture of my amazing cuisine before taking his first bite.... but he couldn't wait. Here is an awesome recipe from my Aunt Dana, enjoy!

Spinach and Bacon Quiche

1/2 cup of chopped green onion
1/2 cup of melted margarine
1/2 cup of Spinach (or broccoli) chopped
1/2 cup of greated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of bisquick
1/2 cup of bacon (or ham) chopped
1 1/2 cups of half and half
2 eggs
1 pet ritz pie shell
salt and pepper to taste

Mix Biquick, maragrine and half and half, then add remaing ingredients. Pour it all in the pie shell and bake 40 mins on 350 until light brown.

This could also be done with ham and broccoli or sausage whatever you prefer! It's so yummy you can't go wrong!
